How It Works

THREE LAYERS

01

The Directory

Connection Layer

Connects need to provision. Someone needs help; the directory points them to a member whose gift meets that need.

Browse the directory →
03

The Opportunity Engine

Activation Layer

Connects gift to mission. Needs are posted, the right success circle is notified, members respond, and a leader follows up for reflection.

A Word On Gifts

TWO LENSES, ONE PERSON

We look at every member two ways. One asks what is needed; the other asks what gift is being shared, and who you should grow alongside.

The Service

"What do you need?"

Plumbing. Tutoring. Photography. A service category is organized around the task, so a neighbor can quickly find the help they are looking for.

"We have different gifts, according to the grace given to each of us. If your gift is serving, then serve; if it is teaching, then teach." Romans 12:6-7

We use the word gift broadly, the way Scripture does, to include the skills, trades, and callings God has entrusted to each of us. Whether you teach, build, cook, counsel, or keep the books, it is given by God and meant to serve others.

The Growth Layer

THE SUCCESS CIRCLES

Every member belongs to a success circle based on their primary gift. Inside, they sharpen their craft, form spiritually, mentor one another, and stay accountable in how they serve.

Don't see a success circle for your gift? The success circles grow as the community does.

You Are Not A Burden

NEED A HAND?

Everyone needs help sometimes. Asking is not weakness, it is how a community is meant to work. You do not have to explain yourself or earn it.

"Carry each other's burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ." Galatians 6:2

God meets needs through His people. Asking for help is not a step outside of faith; it is a step into how He designed the body to work, where one person's need calls forth another person's gift. When you reach out, you are not a burden. You are completing a circle God built on purpose.

When you reach out, you are not filing a request with a company. You are letting a neighbor use the gift God gave them, the way it was meant to be used. Tell us only what helps us connect you with the right person. Nothing more is needed.

1

Tell us what you need

A short note is enough. You do not have to share your whole story.

2

We find the right neighbor

A coordinator quietly connects you with someone whose gift fits your need.

3

Help arrives, in fellowship

No invoice, no scorekeeping. Just one member of the body serving another.

"If your gift is serving, then serve." Romans 12:7

Here, a service is simply how a gift meets a need. The person who helps you is exercising something God gave them, and your need is the very thing that lets them use it well.
